British musician Elton John, who is a Grammy, Oscar, Tony, and Emmy award winner, has announced that he has completely lost his right eye and has been unable to see for four months. Speaking to ‘Good Morning America’ program, the 77-year-old artist stated, “I lost my right eye in July and I haven’t been able to see anything for 4 months. My left eye is not in a good condition either.”

Uncertain about going to the studio to record due to the loss of eyesight, Elton John emphasized that he still has hope that everything will get better.

Expressing that the loss of eyesight has put him in a difficult situation, John said, “I can’t see anything, can’t read anything, can’t watch anything. It’s been a long time since I did something, and now I need to get rid of this burden.”
